Khoury College defines a PhD Internship as an experiential learning experience that is directly related to a student’s PhD studies. PhD Internships may be full-time (32-40 hours per week) or part-time (31 or fewer hours per week); paid or unpaid. See Course Credit Guidelines for more information.
PhD Internship Eligibility

Be in good academic standing

Have completed a minimum of two semesters of full-time registration in their PhD program

Have received approval from both their faculty advisor(s) and PhD Student Services prior to accepting any positions or opportunities

Internships cannot be in a student's final semester/the semester that the student plans to defend and graduate
