Marymount Manhattan College (MMC) continuing students are eligible to pursue an Independent Combined Major based on the double major they were pursuing at Marymount Manhattan College. Independent Combined Majors are individualized pathways developed, in part, from predefined subsets of the two existing source majors. The student's degree type and college will follow their chosen primary major, and the student will complete NY Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS) requirements based on the primary major's degree type. The student will earn one diploma, reflecting the primary, diploma-issued degree and major; the secondary major will be listed on their transcript. 136 semester hours are required to successfully complete an Independent Combined Major.
