The health research methods minor is for undergraduate students from any major in any college at the university who have an interest in developing health-research-related skills. This minor creates an opportunity for students to develop marketable,  applied skills and seeks to benefit students pursuing positions within research groups, as well as students pursuing advanced degrees. 

Admissions requirements:  Approval of the student’s unit or college advisor and approval of the health research methods minor advisor are required for admission into the minor. Applicants are required to have an overall grade-point average of 3.000 or higher.

Complete all courses listed below unless otherwise indicated. Also complete any corequisite labs, recitations, clinicals, or tools courses where specified.

Up to 8 credits of completed coursework from the student's major program of study may be applied to fulfillment of requirements of this minor.
