The IT Service Desk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to assist you with your technology questions and issues—call or email anytime for support. Outside of the Boston area, international and toll-free calling options are available. Visit the Tech Service Portal to search for how-tos and FAQs, borrow a laptop or other equipment, start a live chat, and search other resources. Occasionally, interruptions to university systems, services, and tools can happen for both expected and unexpected reasons—when they do, get updates about them through Northeastern's IT Status page
