Northeastern University is committed to providing all members of its community with an environment free from all forms of sex discrimination. The university's Policy on Sexual and Gender-Based Harassment and Title IX prohibits sex-based harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, intimate partner violence, dating violence, stalking, and retaliation, as well as other forms of sexual misconduct (the Prohibited Offenses). The policy, and separate procedures referenced in the policy, detail the grievance procedures that the university has adopted to provide for the prompt and equitable resolution of complaints of Prohibited Offenses and outline the investigation and resolution of claims of Prohibited Offenses.
Students can report questions, concerns, or information about conduct that may constitute sex discrimination, or make a complaint of sex discrimination, to the Title IX coordinator in the Office for University Equity and Compliance by completing the File a Report with OUEC form.
